Our Teen Boxing Classes are designed for both boys and girls aged 13 to 17, aiming to provide a platform for physical fitness, self-esteem enhancement, and practical self-defense skills. This program not only focuses on these aspects but goes beyond, preparing participants for potential competition, should they choose to pursue it. However, let it be clear that competing is entirely up to the individual and is not a requisite from our end.
