Cancellation Policy at Warzone Boxing Club We truly value your membership and are committed to making the cancellation process as straightforward as possible. Please review the details below carefully to ensure your request is processed smoothly and without delay.

How to Cancel All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to: usa.boxing@yahoo.com

Cancellations are processed only during business hours: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM PST.

Emails received outside these hours, on weekends, or holidays will be handled on the next business day.

Verbal requests, text messages, phone calls, or in-person notifications are not accepted as valid cancellation.

Your email serves as your official proof of cancellation—please keep a copy for your records.
Cancellation Timeframes & Fees

Within 3 Business Days of Signing You may cancel free of charge within 3 business days of your initial agreement. A $20 per day-use fee will apply for any days you accessed the facility during this period.

After 3 Business Days A 30-day written notice is required.

If your notice is received more than 30 days before your next billing date, your membership ends after the final 30 days.

If your notice falls within 30 days of your next billing cycle, you will be charged for that final month at the regular rate. There are no additional cancellation fees.

Billing & Refunds

Monthly dues are automatically billed at 12:01 AM on your scheduled billing date.

To avoid a charge, your cancellation email must be received by 9:00 PM the day before your billing date (during business hours).

Special rule for weekend billing dates: If your billing falls on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, you must cancel by 9:00 PM Thursday (the last business day before the weekend).

No refunds will be issued for any payment already processed.

Your account must have zero past-due balance for cancellation to be finalized.
Important Reminders

Only the account holder (person responsible for payments) can submit a cancellation request.

Not showing up or stopping payments does NOT cancel your membership—you remain responsible for all dues until proper written cancellation is received and processed.

Accounts with past-due balances will continue to be billed and may be referred to collections after 45 days.
