Train Like a Competitor—Even If You're Not Competing We coach every member with the same elite-level dedication you'd get if you were prepping for a title fight. You'll master authentic boxing technique, torch fat, build explosive endurance, and develop genuine confidence in your abilities. Competition is never required—we won't push you into the ring. What to Expect in Our Men's Program Beginners & Novice Classes,
Monday through Thursday

Footwork Fundamentals: Master lateral and linear movement to control distance and angles.

Skill Building: Drill mitt work, heavy bag sessions, and controlled partner drills to sharpen timing, power, and accuracy.
As you advance, we introduce supervised contact at your pace:

Start with jab-only sparring to emphasize control, defense, and accuracy.

Progress to adding the cross, then short-range punches (hooks, uppercuts, body shots).
